Magnum has now become our official wallet partner. Beldex is live on Magnum. Kindly ensure that you transfer your funds from your Beldex wallet to your Magnum wallet before the 10th of October 2019. The Beldex wallet will become obsolete after the mentioned date.
Below, for your convenience, we let you know how to transfer your funds from your Beldex wallet to your Magnum wallet.
Login to your Magnum wallet either from your desktop (www.magnumwallet.co) or mobile app. You can find your Beldex ‘Wallet Public Address’ on the right. Copy your ‘Wallet Public Address’.
Steps to transfer your funds from Beldex to Magnum
Go to wallet.beldex.io and login with your credentials.
To request the transfer of your funds, click the [MOVE MY FUNDS] button.
You will see a pop-up asking for the deposit address. Paste the ‘Beldex Wallet Public Address’ that you copied from the Magnum Wallet in the Wallet Address field. If you choose to move your funds to STEX, BTCAlpha or IDCM exchanges, you should provide the respective wallet address.
To transfer to an IDCM wallet, you should also provide the payment ID.
Your entire funds will be transferred.
Make sure that the given address is correct to avoid the loss of your funds.
When you’re done, click [Next].
An email with a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered email address.
The following dialogue box will request for the same.
Login to your registered email and get the One Time Password (OTP).
Enter the OTP into the respective field on the wallet.beldex.io page.
Verify all the details and click the [Confirm Transfer] button.
An email with a Request ID will be sent to your registered email ID with the subject ‘Beldex Wallet – Transfer Request’.
Forward this email to [email protected] from your registered email ID to successfully initiate the transfer of your funds.
Note: Your entire funds will be transferred.
Once your request is approved, your funds will be moved within 24 hours.
If the request is approved, you cannot log in to the Beldex wallet again.
Your Beldex wallet will no longer be functional thereafter.
